With his own gun: Policewoman shoots man in the leg during traffic stop!

This can also happen in the police force - with fatal consequences: In the state of Florida, a policewoman shot a man in the leg with his own gun during a traffic stop!

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office recently posted information about the fatal mishap on Facebook, along with video footage from the officers' body cams.

According to the sheriff's office, on the evening of December 13, 2024 (local time), emergency personnel conducted a check on driver Jason A. in Jacksonville. He was pulled over because he had run a red light.

While still in the car, the man stated that he was carrying a firearm. Jason A. then had to get out of his car. When police officer Mindy C. then tried to remove the firearm from a holster on the man's waistband, a shot went off and hit the man in his right thigh!

When police officers searched the man, tragedy struck.

Police footage shows officers taking the man who was shot to the side of the road after the incident and treating his wound. According to the report, Jason A. was taken to hospital in a stable condition. Police officer Mindy C. was released from duty, according to authorities.
